TO USE COLD: Freeze for 6-8 hours, or overnight prior to use.
 
TO USE WARM: Bring a pot of water to boil. Remove from heat. Carefully submerge pack in hot water for 3 minutes.
     OR
     Place pack in microwave safe container and submerge in water. Heat for 60 seconds, carefully flip           and heat for 60 more seconds.
