ORDER STEPS
1. Select your item/s, base material color and preferred print/embroidery color
2. Contact us at custom@geckobrands.com or call 833-GO GECKO (833-464-3256) to
review your selection and receive a quote
3. Email your logo or design in a high resolution format (ex. ai) to
4. You can expect an email confirmation with 48 hours with a proof
5. Once you're 110% happy with the proof and provide an email approval, we will start
producing your order
6. Your order will typically ship 10-12 business days after your logo approval
7. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground with typical delivery time of 3-5
business days

* Unfortunately, we are not able to customize all products and use any color due to the type of materials or construction of our unique items. Also, select items and larger quantity orders may require additional lead time and/or deposits.
